Just sitting here at work so I might as well plan my workouts for the week.
Sunday 12 hour day at work so it'll be SP videos and watching the walkers..
Then do some more work......
Monday is another 12 hour day
I usually go running so unless I'm falling asleep at work that'll be 35 min then stretches. I'll also do ST for 30 min. Gazelle for about 10 or so minutes will be my fill in for any minutes I need to do still
Tuesday is a day off for late lunch with the girls. There is a plan for going out to eat and I've already looked through the menu. I'll go to the gym for elliptical and recumbent for 60 min
Wednesday is first day of rifle season here in NH so I'll have hours of walking and must remember my pedometer. I plan on doing tightening of some muscles too. Can't think of what that is called
Thursday besides probably walking again, will be dancing night. I also may go to the gym for elliptical and recumbent
Friday I also took this day off just because I need a day off. I'll do errands and cleaning. Then go running later
Saturday is another dancing night plus I'll do a Turbo Jam video
I should have 60 minutes a day or more. I'm going to aim for two days at 120 minutes. So far I've only managed one day this past week.
Sunday I cleaned my apartment and played with my granddaughter = 120 minutes
Monday I took her for a walk 20 minutes. we 'worked' in my flower bed 45 minutes and of course playing with her 10 minutes =75 minutes
Tuesday I did some dancing 3 minutes walked to work and home 20 minutes tried to hula hoop for 2 minutes and did the hip flexor for five minutes. Then I went home and worked on the gazelle for 60 minutes = 90 minutes
Today I did a kettle bell routine for 30 minutes, walked to work 10 minutes and will go running after work for 40 minutes and work on the elliptical for 10 minutes and of course stretch out after for 10 minutes (this involves a lot of yoga moves, too) 100 minutes.
I may try the bike for 20 minutes just to get to the full amount.
Thursday Turbo Jam, 30 min, dancing for 30 min, walking to work and home plus walking to the club is 30 minutes and 30 of something at work
Friday is kettlebell for 30 minutes, walk to work and home is 20 minutes go running for 40 minutes and 30 minutes of something at work.
Saturday is walking to work and home plus dancing and Turbo jam.
I have not done well at doing something at work this week.
Today is awful for standing, I think I've gotten up twice so far

Since I have posted a blog about my exercise minutes and what I would be doing.....I have been consistent about it and am on my third day of 120 minutes.
I am not straight out pounding the mat, sweating out buckets.
I am doing about 30 minutes of cardio and then other fitness, you could call puttering around.
Yesterday I did some cleaning and a turbo jam for 30 minutes before work and I counted my stretching and after work I ran for 35 minutes I walked to work and home so that accounts for 20 minutes almost every day.
So far, I've worked out on the gazelle before work and am going dancing after work.
I do something at work every half hour.
Today I am doing some crunches, mountain climbers, wall and incline push ups, elbow to knee and hip extension and flex. So far I am at 100 minutes today and if I do my regular stretching, it'll be more ooh and I lost a pound. I also adjusted my numbers to reflect the activity.
Nothing heavy or exhausting just getting those minutes in.
