Tomorrow is week 2 of the support group that I started. There was 4 of us last week. I handed out some recipes and a worksheet to track food and fitness. Tomorrow we are going to work on our goals. What a great way for us to stay motivated!
My goals for this fall:
Continue to track my food and fitness
Eat more veggies and not so much fruit. Because of sugar levels.
Stay active by scheduling my workouts and getting it done before 10 a.m.
Drink lots of water
No soda pop!
I'll think of some more tomorrow!
