Okay, I finished the Spring 5% challenge. I didn't get rid of the 8 lbs that I thought I for sure would have lost! But on the more positive side, I didn't gain anything and I am hopeful that I will weigh the same as when I started the challenge or even be down a pound!
Update on the Ayurvedic eating plan: I am continuing to keep certain foods out of my eating plan. Sometimes they sneak in, but I am managing very well. I have added even more fruit and veggies that are recommended and they seem to keep me full enough and I don't snack as much. All good.
This is week 3 of my fitness center membership. I haven't been going every day but I am building up to 5 days a week. So far this week I have made it 3 days. Next week I should be up to 5 days. I hope to see the scale move on Sat. If not, I will keep trying!
