Falling Into My Goals

emoticon Tomorrow is week 2 of the support group that I started. There was 4 of us last week. I handed out some recipes and a worksheet to track food and fitness. Tomorrow we are going to work on our goals. What a great way for us to stay motivated!
My goals for this fall:
Continue to track my food and fitness
Eat more veggies and not so much fruit. Because of sugar levels.
Stay active by scheduling my workouts and getting it done before 10 a.m.
Drink lots of water
No soda pop!
I'll think of some more tomorrow! emoticon

    GOOD FOR YOU!!! Those are excellent goals, and I love that you have support! I would love to have some local friends to do that with, but so far none of my friends is interested. Or if they are, our schedules don't mesh.

    Excellent! 2 friends & I have been meeting every week for 2 years now to support each other, plus we have been walking every Sunday for many, many years now. It really helps to have the support of your friends.

    LOVE IT Alley,, i had stopped soda,, hmmmm a yr ago?? Right around then !! It's NEAT to be thristy and have water squench it,,, instead of something that's NOT good for me. I had read though on SPARKS that as long as you keep it to 2 glasses (8 ozs) a day of soda, its ot that "bad" for you ,,, so I went out and bought as suggested a diet brand,,, hmmm it's been in the fridge for a WEEK now,, suppose it'll stay that way til company comes.

    Great goals! Sound a lot like my own. As of today I am 6 days Pepsi-free, which is a hard thing for me to do. I LOVE all that sugar (yeah, can't go with the diet, need to have all that sugar!) The last couple months I was drinking 2 44-ounce Pepsis almost every day. I'm going through some major withdrawal, but it's gotten easier.

You have an interesting SparkPage, and I have to ask, what is O.S.M.?
