now I'm 44

Tuesday, June 03, 2014

I have reached my 44th birthday with no weight lost. I have given up on weight loss, but I know I shouldn't. It's hard to reach out for help, I hate to burden others. I need to keep plugging away at the task at hand which is exercise and healthy eating. Maybe I should read the book, The little engine that could, " I think I can I think I can". That should be my motto!

getting back on track

Wednesday, May 23, 2012

here I go AGAIN- needing to get back on track. Not quite sure why I don't stay on track! I am so uncomfortable in my body. This should motivate me, but it just makes me feel worse. I know what I need to do, but for some reason I'm not DOING IT. I am very upset with myself!!

made the mistake of buying new ice cream treats called Magnum. I will say they were very good. Did you catch the word 'were'? They did not last long. I ate 2 yesterday and 2 today. I did manage to give 2 away. Thank God, I didn't need to eat all 6 of them. I will never buy them again.

I did it again! PIZZA & CHOCOLATE. Why do I do this to myself? I did well with exercising and eating well the rest of the day. Then I got tired and didn't remember my goal. AAAHHH!!!! I gotta get it together

a year ago I turned 40 and wanted to reach my goal weight. well, 40 came and went and now I'm 41 and guess what? I never reached my goal, I didn't even come close. So now, 2 days after my birthday, here I sit determined again, to try again. Will I succeed? I sure hope so. I looked into Weight Watchers, but it wasn't something I can spend money on. I need to use this sight to help me reach my goals. So, here I go again.........
