I'm only on day four, but I'm feeling so much better. The treadmill is helping me tremendously. I didn't think I would like it in the beginning. I had a treadmill previously, but I had to lean forward to hold on and that hurt my back. I don't have enough balance to walk without holding on. This new treadmill has long handles. Problem solved! To top everything off I lost two pounds so far. Now if I can only figure out how to do this Spark People thing I'll be on a roll. It is a bit frustrating trying to figure out how to navigate everything. I'm sure I'll catch on.

    SparkPeople is a huge site, but it is SO informative and SO MUCH FUN. Just play on it and have fun. Choose a different thing each day to explore. I will help you in any way that I can. I've been using the site since 2010 but really got serious lately.

There is so much information and content on sparkpeople, but don't be overwhelmed, just explore a little more each day and before you know it you will feel right at home. :)

After only two days of exercising I am actually feeling a little less achy. I slept last night finally, which may have helped also. I was running late this morning and didn't really want to exercise. Now I'm glad I did.

Heck of a day yesterday

I had a really difficult day yesterday and responded by going way off my diet. I need to stop going to fast food when I'm stressed. That will be my number one thing to work on.
