I'm only on day four, but I'm feeling so much better. The treadmill is helping me tremendously. I didn't think I would like it in the beginning. I had a treadmill previously, but I had to lean forward to hold on and that hurt my back. I don't have enough balance to walk without holding on. This new treadmill has long handles. Problem solved! To top everything off I lost two pounds so far. Now if I can only figure out how to do this Spark People thing I'll be on a roll. It is a bit frustrating trying to figure out how to navigate everything. I'm sure I'll catch on.
