Are you stuck on a plateau? Well don't keep doing the same thing. Mix it up a little . Keep the core of your workout but add tempo , intervals and some pizazz.
Change it up if you run three times a week make it two ,and try tennis or dancing on the third. If you walk everyday and take the same route , change the direction or speed or try another, maybe a route that goes up hill.
Always eat the same menu?. Well then try adding more fruits and vegetables and grains. Try different proteins .Try a new food now and then . Eat slower and enjoy your food more. Set the table, sit down, and slow down, you may find yourself eating less.
Make sure you are getting your water and sleep in . Keep stress to a minimum , and if you can't lessen your stress then add on the exercise and lot's of it. Smile more and worry less. Look for the good in all things. Believe in yourself and that change will come.
Stuck in a rut in your home life. It happens to us a lot. Doing the same thing everyday is boring. Get out, see the sights , visit a museum , visit relatives. Walk to a park .Try a new restaurant ,or ethnic grocery store Just do something different at least once a month .
Change lifts our spirits and our moods maybe just maybe it may lift our weight loss to new heights.

It is a crazy chaotic world out there. You are bound to be cut off, pushed aside ,or stepped over. People will laugh at you and belittle you. On many days you will go home hurt, abandon and confused.
So what do you do go after the person make his life as sad as yours?. After all he deserves it, you think.
Well think again all your hard work and energy you put in to get revenge is forever wasted . On what, now you are as bad a person as he is.
Instead save your energy for more useful things. Like loving people a little more. Let the energy out with exercise and you will have a much better day .
When someone slights s you ,talk it out , say your peace.
Leave your revenge to karma . The universe always has a way of taking care of bullies in it's own time.

There is a lot of name calling and hating going on in the cyber world. Real one also .People are made fun of for being to fat or to skinny.
Not everyone is going to like what people are doing or how they are acting. Not everyone will agree.
We should remember that the jolly old fellow is watching. We all know what would Jesus Do? We are all not perfect. We all make mistakes . We all have problems.
Watch your words, be kind , be loving ,yes even when you don't want to.
Everyone have a blessed peaceful holiday season no matter what your beliefs.

This is a very stressful time of year why make it more stressful on yourself by spending your last penny. Spend less this year ,cut those coupons, find the best sale, and make your own home- made gifts.
There are other ways of getting rid of the holiday stress.
Just say no . No one says you have to go to every holiday party, just pick your favorites. No one says you have to drink to much , have a drink and then a large water. There are lots of low calorie drinks out there . Space those drinks to one an hour or less.
Family gatherings ,yes please go. Stay away from gabby aunt Joan if she drives you insane . Say hi, kiss her on the cheek ,and run off to spend time with another positive good friend.
No one says to over decorate your house and put up every decoration you own. Be a minimalist this year. Put out your best and save time for other things.
Don't waste to much time shopping. Know what you are buying before you venture out. Call ahead or check on line to see if the item you are after is in stock.
You don't need a grand spectacular holiday dinner that will wilt whatever energy you have left. We are having family over for Christmas Eve and we are ordering Pizza .We are using paper plates and napkins . No one is coming to my party to see me crying and stressed. They want to spend time with family, not see someone running around the kitchen all frazzled. Make and freeze items ahead. If you can afford it have everyone pitch in and have it catered.
Don't overeat , have a salad before the big party. Fill your plate with fruit and vegetables first, and then a little of the bad. Just have a taste of dessert . Cut a brownie in half , have a sliver of cake , or a mouthful from your honey.
Make sure you get your water in every day. Get the proper sleep . Say sorry I have to go . With better sleep enough water and the right healthy food you will be healthier happier and less stressed. Maybe then you won't be rundown and get sick.
