Why do you want to meet trouble? Why would you ever want to sit around idle waiting ? For what ? The fat to settle in new places , your circulation to slow , all your blood to pool away form you head. Go ahead , jus sit there all day .Give it a couple months and trouble will be on the way . In the form of heart disease and diabetes to name a few.
Get up , move around , circulate your blood , help your heart pump harder . help your brain work better . Make your skin look better . Eat healthy , get rid of most sugar and salt and artificial additives from your diet.
Your health is the one time you want to meet trouble head on and stop it in it's tracks . by eating healthy and moving your body. The more active you become the less chance of disease or injury to the body Keep moving and mobile , modify when you need too , but move as much as you can .
Let someone else be the one to get in trouble . You know what to do , you have the resources here . Go ahead meet trouble and kick it to the curb.

There are two types of people in the world the ones that rule their lives, and the ones that let the world rule them. Let me be clear I am not talking about breaking the law , or not following the commandments .
What am I talking about . ? The complainers verses the doers. The doubting Thomas's verses the Believers . The haters verses the do-gooders .
Which are you .? You got a C on the test because you didn't study as hard as you could or because the teacher was incredibly hard .
You didn't lose weight this week because the world is out to get you , or was it the doughnuts and fries you ate.
You didn't exercise this week because it rained all week , or because you failed to try some indoor activity instead.
Stop complaining , blaming , and comparing . You are the ruler of your life. If the kingdom fails apart You are at fault. You alone hold the keys to the city. You alone steer your ship on a safe course or hit the rocks hard.
Change your words from I can't won't or shouldn't , to I will , I can and I must. Dig deep and you can come out on top . Or hardly try at all and give in and let life smash you around time and time again,
Everyone has their trials , tribulations , and obstacles. Most people have health issues or scares. We all handle things differently. God gave each one of us the tools to survive . Our hearts , our bodies and our souls. Do we honor him and rule our lives . Or do we let the world smash us again and gain.

I hope today finds you well . I have a habit of sometimes taking things too seriously and ruining all the fun . But I am working on that . I do know how to celebrate life though and part of that is by taking care of me .
The morning for snack I had yogurt , with a tangerine , blueberries, banana and pistachios , and sunflower seeds with cinnamon and honey. Wish you could have seen how happy I was eating this . I was laughing at myself for likening it so much .
I went on a glorious 45 minute walk with the dog. The air was crisp and cool the temp was 35 , but the sun was burning brightly. I was cooped up far to long 18 hours of overtime this week and lousy weather and I only got one other walk in. I stand all day at my job, no wonder I have been having horrendous cramps in my legs the last two nights but hope fully not tonight.
I have a pot of lentils with onions and carrots simmering on the stove. Later tonight I will make my salad for tomorrow that will contain apples , tomatoes mixed greens and everroast chicken breast. I also am hard-boiling a few eggs for breakfast to go with my low sugar oatmeal or cream of wheat.
I am looking forward for a night time walk with my daughter recently returned from college. It will be so serene walking and seeing all the holiday lights . It is a quiet magical time . I hope we don't talk to much and spoil the moment
Later this week we will put up the tree. In which the cat will climb in . Friends will wonder why we named our cat get down smoky. lol
Celebrating life doesn't have to cost a lot or involve a lot . It involves us to be happy for what we have , and thankful . It involves the wisdom to not sweat the small and big stuff of life and find the humor and love to get us through . Hugs, Happiness and Healthy Living

If you do one thing today ,please go out and find some happiness . Go out and meet some friends and spend some time in laughter, and love . Or maybe just cuddle up with family by the fire with hot cocoa and watch movies .
Go out today and maybe volunteer . Making others happy is a great way to make you happy . During the holiday session it is easy to get depressed and miss the ones we have lost . Make some new happy memories by volunteering with children or animals , or help a senior to smile.
Some of us are almost hermits or home bodies , that's okay too. We just need to work a little harder to find our bliss, whether its reading , or knitting or painting, or something else.
Find time today for some blissful exercise , get your body moving . Dance to music .Sing in the shower .
Today I have 8 hours of overtime after working 10 overtime hours already . I am having a healthy breakfast that will involve coffee . I am treating the girls at work to bagels . Our work hands out doughnuts which I pass on during overtime and every time they ask why not bagels . I know they haven't treated me the best in the past. But by treating them I am making me feel good, Lunch includes my favorite tuna and salmon with light mayo and avocado yum. I will try to move as much as I can at work. Also I will try real hard to find my bliss there .
After is a trip to the grocery store where I will buy many healthy treats so I can have a blissful week. Then I will dream of exercising because I love it so and am so sad I am missing it with all this over time . But that will change on Wednesday when I have almost three weeks off. yeah
So whatever you do today make it blissful , and happy . If you can't find your bliss work very hard to find it . Hugs , Happiness and Healthy Living
