Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with the progress I've made. But every time I get close to my final goal-weight, it creeps back up. I don't consider it a "yo-yo"; my weight is only varying within around a 5-pound range, which I know is very normal. But it never gets down quite where I want it. I do see a pattern; as soon as I get within three or four pounds of my goal, I start to slack off a bit. Losing a couple of pounds seems like no problem, but then the weight creeps up and all of a sudden, instead of three pounds, I need to lose eight pounds.
I don't mean to put myself down. I have lost over 40 pounds, and, I'm proud of myself, darn it! LOL I just get really frustrated that I can't reach that last goal I have set for myself.
