I have been running like crazy, thinking that was keeping me in shape, but of course, I was wrong. My cross-training/weight-training has been non-existent for a few months. This weekend I started a new program (training for the Tough Mudder race), and I could not believe how out-of-shape I felt. Today was better than yesterday, but I definitely have a lot of work to do. I haven't signed up yet, but I'm thinking about doing a Tough Mudder race this summer. By the way, the training program they have on their website is really good, even just for general fitness. It has a lot of variety.
