Back in the saddle again!!!!

Started on a work out schedule again! I am doing well. Managed to walk 6 out of 7 days last week. It helps that my youngest is obsessed with walks in the stroller. We started on a routine of walking past our local park and then stopping for a short time on the way back. That is a work out itself. Picking her up and taking her off various equipment. Plus it makes her so happy! All this is helping me to relieve stress from my busy job and trying to reach my fitness goals. I signed up for Sparkcoach to see how it is today. Got keep focused and motivated!!!! emoticon

Day four of the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit challenge is coming to an end. I feel like I am really motivated to stick to the plan. I feel better already. I find that when I work out daily that I have more energy. I cannot wait until I start to really see results!!!!

For the last two years I have been in the Nursing Program at my local community college. It has been a long and hectic road, but I am extremely proud to say that as of Monday, I officially am no longer a Student Nurse but a Graduated Nurse!!!!

    GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!!!

I have been a nurse for 14 years and I still remember that wonderful feeling of relief. Be proud of what you have done. Believe me I know that no matter who has supported you It was you and all your hard work that accomplished this. The pay checks will be wonderful compared to student living. Good luck on your boards emoticon emoticon emoticon
