I finished my dissertation this summer and since then I realized that when I'm full I'm done. No more stacking or unconscience eating? While I had suspected that was the case these last five years while working full time and going to school, I can now look back and see that stress eating is very, very real. If I had not used spark people daily, and honestly, to track my food I am positive I would have put on a LOT of weight! While I had not been very successful in losing weight, ultimitely I pretty much maintained and can now start fresh. Woohoo!!
