My back has been KILLING me the last couple of days. I really hope that it gets better soon. I can't afford to see the Chiropractor. I went once hoping that would be enough but it only helped for a day or so and now it's hurting again. Not having medical benefits really sucks! I use to have them with my old job.
My life has been crazy this year. A lot of big changes have occurred. I was laid off from my job. Shortly after that my cat Bandit died from FIP, and he wasn't even a year old yet. I broke up with my boyfriend that I had been dating for 3 years because he was not treating me well. Things seemed to be going downhill, but then... I found a new job. I made some new friends that I love dearly. I also met a guy that treats me really well, and just recently I got a new kitten.
Weight loss has been at a stand still since I broke up with the guy who wasn't treating me well.
I am really excited for tomorrow though, because I am playing in a volleyball tournament :) I really hope that it goes well. I don't know ANYONE that I will be playing with or against. It will be a good opportunity to meet new people and maybe make some new friends/acquaintances. Hopefully this will "Get my foot in the door" so to speak for other volleyball tournaments or maybe even a league team! I can't wait. I bought a new pair of court shoes, and a nice shirt that matches. Yay!
I have just decided to train for the Manitoba half marathon in June 2010~!!
