Ok so I have been doing really good with my exercise next week I want to aim to get to 200 miles for this year. I will do my walking route everyday mostly everyday and if its not nice out I will do my work out at home.
My weight is good I was 149 back in April/May and last week I weighed in at 141 I want to get down to 130.
I have under 300 cals today to eat so I will try to keep in that range. And my carbs are ok today I have 45 carbs left.
I have been watching my sugars more now coming home from my diabetes team. And keeping up with my insulin also to keep my sugars under control. I have a method I use is blood sugar X carbs = (answer /15) and the answer for the dosages it gives me has worked out so far so. Keep you posted.
And I am gonna watch my salt intake also today.
So my goals this weekend and this week is:
- Keep cals under 300 today of whats left
-Watch carbs today even if I go over them
Its my stepdads birthday celebration so I know theres gonna be good food and etc so I am gonna have a good time but be careful you know?
- I will be careful with my diet all week
- I will try to walk 3 miles everyday and do my route most everyday next week :)
-I will try to drink 64 ounces of water a day
