One day from the four weeks that was recommended by my doctor for weighting to exercise after c-section. I figured one day early wouldn't hurt. I've started recording workouts on this health channel we have. I tried the belly dancing workout today. It was fun and quite challenging seeing as I wasn't able to exercise through my entire pregnancy. It certainly got me sweating. It was nice to get moving again. It was also great that I was able to record it. It allowed me to fast forward through commercials so that I didn't have any downtime during the exercise. Tomorrow I'm going to try the bollyfit workout. I've always wanted to try bollyfit, it looks like a lot of fun. I'm also going to start walking on the spot in my house. Today I'll start with twenty minutes to wean myself back into the workouts. I really was looking forward to getting out for walks but a blizzard swept through our city last night so outdoor walking is postponed for the moment.
