So I am in a weight loss plummet and not exactly sure where I will land. 34lbs in the past 22 days. A healthy plummet as giving birth to twins is probably the only healthy way to drop that much weight in less than a month. And I am still dropping. So curious about where I will land. Still very much in a transition adjustment stage.
So my new challenges
A: Getting enough sleep
B: Not using nursing as an excuse to eat more. Yes I need 800-1000 extra calories but they need to be healthy calories.
C: Easing into fitness. Getting back to walking and other activities.
D: Drinking enough water.
E: Weening off the convenience foods. I have done a ton of fast and easy and not healthy and well balanced.
