So another Halloween is here and already my kids have buckets full of Candy. Temptation is back in my house but I don't feel tempted. I made my no Halloween candy challenge and just kept going with it. If I can do 2 weeks around Halloween can I make it Through Christmas.
Awe Christmas a more difficult challenge as out comes the high quality candy truffles, fudge, divinity and things dipped in chocolate. Made it through Christmas bring on Valentines and then Easter, bowls of M&Ms at summer BBQ's. Made it through.
So now even though my weight goals have changed. I am working on gaining a pound a week in order to increase my chances of high birth weight twins come March. Still I don't need to get my extra calories from a bag of Kit Kats. I don't need the calories that come loaded with a ton of sugar and have the potential to increase my health risks. I don't need the Candy, Neither do my Babies. I have got to a point where I am pretty sure that this can be a permanent change for me and one that I am happy about.
