S- Stay within my calorie range weekly by planning ahead and making up for a higher calorie day by eating lower range on other days. I will get at least 20 minutes of cardio fitness in 6 days a week.
M- I will measure my calories and fitness by using the Sparkpeople trackers and keeping them public so I recieve feedback from other members.
A- I have all the resources I need here on Sparkpeople to attain this goal.
R- I am choosing to count calories as my goal, even though I will still be striving towards clean eating. I know that counting my calories will work for me and I am comfortable with it. It will help me move back into a healthy weight loss mind set.
T- I will commit to my plan for the 12 weeks of BLC22.
