First 2 weeks down!!

I sucessfully made it through the first 2 weeks of induction on Atkins. I am happy to say that I didn't cheat at all, not once! I lost a total of 10 pounds and 4.5 inches overall. I am feeling great right now and motivated to keep going.

Now that my brain is getting used to operating on keatones I am going to start adding excercise into my routine. I have the Zumba Fitness DVD's, and I am going to try to do that workout 4 times a week at least begining Saturday. emoticon

2 weeks and 10 pounds gone, 80 pounds to go!

    Congrats! goal of 4 times a week is great (I try not to say more than that because I doubt I'd achieve it :))
