Hey everyone! It's my 25th birthday and also my first blog entry ever! I thought it was an approporiate time to make such a big step :). I'm a little bummed, though. The day didn't start out great because of course, weigh ins are on Wednesdays. I weighed in at 150, exactly the same as my starting weight two weeks ago. I was down to 149 last week, which was an accomplishment, and I only hoped to see 148 on the scale this time. BUT I'm not going to get discouraged. I've been analyzing this morning about why I haven't dropped the weight. It has to be because of the weekends! The lack of a structured schedules on the weekends has gotten the best of me. Plus, it probably doesn't help that I was out of town all last weekend at a bachelorette party in Nashville and didn't concentrate to much on eating right. From now on, I'm making a commitment to stay loyal to the plan on the weekends, even if it involves eating out.
