One of the Spark teams I opted to join is the Stress Busting Challenge; I chose this as one of the teams I wanted to commit to because I've seen the negative effects of stress not only in my own life, but in the lives of those around me as well!!
I've read several online articles on stress, but am especially fond of one that listed 7 ways to BUST or RELIEVE stress! Out of the seven choices the one that I was most drawn to today, was Call A Friend.. There is something about the voice of a good friend that can lift one's spirits and relieve stress.. So that's what I did today... Here's a thought... what if my phone call acted as a stress reliever for the person I called!!
