I weighed in this morning, hoping to see a loss and was a bit disappointed to see NO loss!!! This is the second week of little or no loss and IF I weren't positive that I'm doing what I need to do to get healthier I just might be upset... but I know I'm doing what I need to be doing... so instead of getting angry, I got my tennis shoes on and headed to the gym....
I'm confident if I keep on keeping on, the scale will eventually catch up with ME!!!
This week I've tracked my food daily and stayed with-in my calorie range.. one area I'm going to work on is getting ENOUGH fiber, as that is one area I fell below the mark... I consumed a minimum of 14 glasses of water DAILY. I also went to the gym DAILY, twice on Zumba days, (my gym workout consists of a daily dose of cardio (30-45 minutes) daily as well as a strength training- one day upper, then lower, core, etc.. (Zumba is twice a week for 60 minutes.) So, I'm confident that I'm doing what I need to do, but will continue to check and recheck my food journals as well as my exercise logs, just to make sure I'm not missing something!!! In the meantime... I've put the scale away until we meet again next week!!!
