It's Friday, which means weigh in day! Before I weighed in this morning, I had told myself that I may NOT have lost any weight, as I had been out of town most of the week, only made it to Zumba once and managed to get in one five mile bike ride! I wasn't being negative, just realistic! I did manage to stay within in my caloric range all week, but didn't consume as much fruits and/or vegetables as I typically do! The great news is I did manage to lose 1.8 pounds this week, which puts me at 65.5 pounds loss, since starting my venture to get healthy last fall! (I joined Sparkpeople in February, and have lost 43.8 since February!
I'm getting there, slowly but surely, I'm getting there!!
