It's Friday, which means weigh in day! The lovely number staring back at me this morning was exactly the same as the one staring back last Friday morning, 206.6. Obviously, I was hoping for loss, BUT I know that I'm doing what I need to do to reach ALL my goals, which means I have to accept the fact that sometimes the scale isn't going to show my real progress!! So, this week I will celebrate a nonscale victory... which includes staying well within (sometimes below) my calorie allotment each day, getting 250 minutes of cardio on, whcih includes 26 plus miles on my bike, and finally being truly HAPPY!!!
