It's Friday which means weigh in day!! I weighed this morning and discovered I'm down a mere two tenths of a pound; obviously that's better than a gain, however, I have to take ownership of my low weight loss this week!!! I could say it's because I was gone for several days or because I didn't feel well due to a head cold or not enough time to get my exercise in.. which are good excuses but the bottom line is I made the choice to put myself and exercise and on the back burner... and the consequences of that choice is low weight loss.. (On the plus side I did choose to stay within my calorie guidelines! :)) So for this week, I'm going to choose to be more active, starting with a week-end camping trip with our four grandchildren!! What choices will you make?
