I weighed in this morning and was pleased to see the numbers drop to 195.4 down from the 200 of last week. Of course, I can't be too pleased with my loss, as this is weight lost, gained and relost, BUT the key word is LOST... so I'm okay. Life is a series of steps, in ALL directions, so I'm going to focus on moving forward towards my ultimate goal of being a healthier me.
