Progress....

I weighed in this morning and was pleased to see the numbers drop to 195.4 down from the 200 of last week. Of course, I can't be too pleased with my loss, as this is weight lost, gained and relost, BUT the key word is LOST... so I'm okay. Life is a series of steps, in ALL directions, so I'm going to focus on moving forward towards my ultimate goal of being a healthier me.

    progress is progress...it is weight off of your butt..that is the only but you should be worried about..no need to beat yourself up! Life is a roller coaster full of ups and downs. Just keep the weight going down and your spirits up! You are doing fantastic and well on your way to meeting your goal!

Just want to share how much I'm enjoying the January challenge, especially Coach Nicole's videos! I was a bit sceptical about the effectiveness of such short workouts, but have been pleasantly surprised with the first four workouts! Of course, I'm also going to the gym and getting cardio in!!!

On track....

Day three of 2012 and I'm feeling strong... I've been to the gym and/or completed some sort of physical activity for the last four days... and feel great!
I joined the January Fitness Challenge Team, for the extra motivation! So far so good!
We have a work day at school today, I'm hoping to be able to sneak in a walk during lunch on our own!
