The numbers on my scale didn't change today when I weighed in... not going to let it get me down... instead I'm going to mix my workouts up a bit this week and see what kind of change that brings! Last week, I did Zumba four different days... this week I'm going to do some regular gym time a couple of days! We'll see what that does to the scale next week!
