No change...on the scale...

The numbers on my scale didn't change today when I weighed in... not going to let it get me down... instead I'm going to mix my workouts up a bit this week and see what kind of change that brings! Last week, I did Zumba four different days... this week I'm going to do some regular gym time a couple of days! We'll see what that does to the scale next week!

    Are you only using the scale to measure your progress? I suggest finding out what your body fat % is and use that to measure. Many times I don't see a change on the scale, but my BF% has gone down which means I gained muscle and lost fat. Try it out! You will have a better picture about what's really happening with you and what you need to work on.
