Last week I posted that one of my friends had suggested I weigh in daily to help me lose weight... naturally I was skeptical but decide to give it a try BUT not record my daily weigh ins on my spark tracker... Here are my daily results, with me weighing it at the sme time, same place each morning!
So bottom line... I don't think weighing in daily made any difference, as far as my awareness of what I was eating/doing each day.. as I AM already quite aware in that area! Therefore, it's back to weekly weigh ins for me!
