I was able to get to the gym for a great upper body workout, using many of the exercises my trainer taught me! At one point I got a little confused on how to set up one of the machines and this very kind gentleman, with an absolutely awesome Australian accent, came to my rescue! He was so helpful, and took the time to actually show me how to set up and use the machine, and then came back by two times to make sure I was "getting it".... So appreciated his help! After my upper body I did six miles on the stationary bike... It felt great to PUSH myself a bit... I've been a bit off the last week or so!!!
Looking forward to an active Sunday with my hubby and grandson!
