I forgot to post my weight loss yesterday; which isn't a bad thing as it serves as a reminder to me that IT IS NOT just about weight loss, but IS about living a healthier, happier, life! Now having said that, I am down to 184 from 185.8 two weeks ago!!! (3 pounds away from 100 pounds lost... I will get there...)
