Today marks the 5th month since I began my latest weight loss journey, although I didn't start using SPARKPEOPLE until February, so I decided to break my scale boycott and weigh.. I was down three pounds, which I'm okay with, BUT was really hoping for me, as I hadn't weighed since March 14th... However, when I look at the bigger picture I'm pleased with my 36 pound weight loss!! So all in all I'm happy!
My immediate goals include:
1. Continue tracking nutrition DAILY
2. Increase the amount of exercise I'm getting to daily and not just sporadically.
3 Lose 10 pounds in the month of April!
