Today is Monday, which is typically weigh in day, but I managed to stick with my goal of NOT weighing in for three weeks!!! This is week two... I'm actually handling the NOT weighing in fairly well!! I continue to get my exercise in, most days; haven't missed one day of tracking my food/drink intake, and am proud to say, I'm consistently staying within my target calorie range! I'm also reading and staying active on SPARKPEOPLE.. so whatever numbers show up when I do weigh in, I HOPE to be okay with because I know the work I'm doing on me and for me is so much bigger than any number on a scale!
