Yesterday I opted to skip running going to the gym instead and working out on the elliptical and then doing some strength training! I decided my knees/feet needed an extra day off from running/jogging... today I will RUN!!!! It's only 39 degrees right now, but is supposed to be in the low 60's by the time school is out... I can do that!
