It always seems to happen... I have a day off and I plan to workout/get exercise etc and I wake up with a migraine. I don't have all of the symptoms of a typical migraine.... I don't throw up, I'm not usually sensitive to sound. Mostly light affects me, and moving (makes my pulse pound in my temples) oh and I have slight dizziness. So, while I can listen to loud rock music, I CAN'T work out. Walking hurts, hell, even talking hurts. I just get so discouraged because, when I want to work out, I can't. I'm so sick of these headaches. I'm so mad right now, I want to yank off my head and throw it.
