I am still surprised at how quickly the calories add up. A little less cereal here, a 1/2 a banana less there...
Had some really healthy soup for lunch today. Chicken broth and veggies over rice noodles with some spicy chili oil for taste. My dessert (a serving of one of my favorite cookies) had almost as many calories as my soup!
Going to hit the gym in about an hour. It's pretty empty on a Saturday afternoon, so I have the pick of the machines and free weights. I am very determined to change my lifestyle permanently this time. I love the calorie tracker!
