In some ways, 2011 was not the most wonderful year. I gained almost ten pounds back (ugh) of what I lost, and that is not a fun feeling. But a very good part is that I discovered some new interests! I took a meditation class, I am going to start working on some food photography, and I learned that I really like strength training.
So while my pants don't fit as well as they did last December, I am not *that* bummed about the road I've traveled.
That said, I want to get some good resolutions in place for 2012. There is a lot happening in 2012! JASR, Tough Mudder, Run for the Red... and I'd love to get my pants fitting where they were before and better still. Brad and I are going to work on eating more cleanly - cutting back even more on our processed foods, white flour, and added sugar. This means getting back into my food journal.
- early morning (7:50!) doctor's appointment
- errands (lots of name change stuff)
- start working on some resolution things!
- water water water!
Not much else to report... I think it's time to sit and read a bit.
