Yes I did it!
I got up, got my shoes on, walked 30 minutes (and ran 5 minutes) and felt much better all day long.
Had the missionaries over for dinner and fixed something very healthy, home grown peaches with ice cream and a slice of pound cake was the food that added calories without adding too much nutrition, but all in all the choices were sound. Oh, yes, I also packed up the leftover dinner rolls and sent them on their way!
tomorrow, my goal is 5 fruits and veggies. I'm going to track them right now so I know I will get them in!
