My 2013 Goals....

My Goals for 2013....

1) To run again....I lost my mo-jo for running and I AM looking forward to getting back to it...my plan is to start with the C25K program and progress from there..

2) I will be starting Les Mills Combat and I WILL do all 60 days and submit my measurements and pictures to receive my t shirt and maybe win a prize....someone wins...why not me??

3) To get down to 150 pounds my April 1st....this is certainly doable....15 pounds, I got this...

4) To reach 2 star diamond in my Beachbody business

5) I will run 500 miles this year....not alot but certainly do-able once I get back on the wagon

This is what I will start with...will add more and report progress as the year unfolds....

If you want to reach a goal, you must "see the reaching" in your own mind before you actually arrive at your goal.

Figured I better get back to daily blogs to keep me on my toes...

I am swapping out Insanity and doing Turbofire as my cardio instead!!! I love TF so why not do it???

Sun - Pump Extreme---[great WO!!! First time doing this one...loved it!!!]

Mon- Hard Core Abs and Fire 45 EZ + Stretch 10--[FAILED!! Did not WO!!]

Tues - Pump & Shred and HIIT 15
Wed - Flow and Hard Core Abs
Thur - Pump Extreme and HIIT 20
Fri - Fire 60 + Stretch 10

Here is my plan for the upcoming week....I am adding in Insanity along with Les Mills Pump...

Sunday –Pump & Burn & Hardcore Abs
Monday-Rest
Tuesday -Pump Revolution
Wednesday –Hardcore Abs & Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Thursday –Pump & Shred
Friday –Hardcore Abs & Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs

My plan to take me to Dec 7th….
I am someone who works really well by following a plan if I have it written down so this is what I will be doing…
I WILL run AT LEAST 9 miles/week…..
I WILL continue following the Les Mills PUMP bethglair.com/les-mills-pump/ schedule…I just started this program last week and all I can say is WOW!!!! I am loving it so far….always looking forward to the next workout….
This one is NOT a true challenge for me because I am addicted, but I will continue to have my Shakeology daily. I usually will have for breakfast, but sometime it’s for lunch. I WILL continue to eat clean and make the right choices….oh, one more thing…I WILL KEEP THE SPOON OUT OF THE PEANUT BUTTER jar…….

UPDATE...
My plans have not been going to well....

Les Mills PUMP has been getting done but not my running.....

I am now adding in Insanity to the Les Mills Schedule that I am starting tomorrow....
I WILL walk 10000 steps/day
I WILL meet my calorie burn of 2500 calorie/day on my Bodymedia...

I am sure the lack of cardio is making the scale not move for me....I really need to kick things up and fire up the burn!!!!

The time to take control is NOW!!!
