I have started over so many times but I am hoping this is my final restart. I am getting a handle on a healthier diet and some exercising some exercising at home. Though I think I was more consistent with everything when I was going to the gym regularly. When exercising at home, I get side tracked or find some excuse not to unfortunately. I know I feel better when I am going to the gym, and controlling the carbs. My physical activity is certainly better during those times. Sure day to day I do all the stuff that needs to be done, but I find myself feeling sluggish and bottom out of energy very early in the evening. I know what works for me, its a matter of doing it and sticking with it.
