I lost 5 pounds this last week, I lost my first 10 pounds this week and I've lost a total of 13 pounds on my diet in three weeks. I'm so excited that this diet is working so well and that I'm actually losing weight. My first goal is to lose 20 pounds in the first two months. I'm well on my way to this goal and I couldn't be more happy. I have more energy and I don't feel run down all the time. I used to go to bed at 8:00 every night with my kids because I couldn't say awake and now I can stay up till 10:00 and spend some quality time with my husband. Oh yah, to all those who are not familiar with the Atkins Diet, I do still get carbs every day but we have a limit on how many carbs we can consume daily.
