Well I finally did it. I tracked food for the first time in probably more than a year. I lost 20 pounds successfully and felt great about 2 years ago. I spent a year trying to get pregnant and the stress of it all help me gain about 15 back. I did get pregnant but now the last year I've spent gaining then having a baby and nursing. I feel proud to have made it through my first day. Every day counts, every portion of a pound counts. I didn't get any exercise in, but if I plan to work out everyday, missing one now and then is no reason to fall off the horse. On Plan - Day 1. Way to go Court!
