Just wanted to update you guys on what is going on in my life. I haven't been on here for a little while but I am still working out 1-2 times a week. My niece has moved in with me and we are starting to work out on a regular basis. I have added to my rotation of work outs 6 min. hip hop abs on youtube which I totally recommend and beginners pilates. Great addition to my walking and swimming. I got a part-time job as a caregiver (which I totally love). And my boyfriend is coming home finally from working out of the country for 6 months. This is going to be a little bit of a challenge as he loves red meat and whiskey. lol But I think having my niece here it will be ok because we want to get in shape and get healthy. I will keep you all updated.
