* I will lose 10 lbs by August 28, 2013
* I will lose 2 inches on my waist
* I will run a 5k by August 28, 2013
I will accomplish these goals with the support and encouragement of my family and friends, including my Sassy Shamrock Sheriffs team.
I will do these things by exercising a minimum of 30 minutes, 5 days a week, including at least 2 days of ST. I will use the C25K app on my iPhone to train to run a 5k. I will drink at least 6-8 glasses of water/day and COOK healthier meals.
I will use the scale to measure my weight and measuring tape to measure inches.
I will do these things to be healthier, have better numbers for my bloodwork, and be a positive role model for my little princess. I also want to feel better about myself.
