The past few months I have played with five stubborn pounds that would just not come off. Up one week, down the next, up mid-week, down on weigh-in day, then back up. Recently I took a good objective look at my eating and exercise habits. What I discovered was that I needed a change.
Hence, I increased both my exercise and my caloric intake and what happened next was amazing to me. This week I have more energy than I've had in months and I am also down in the pound department.
Hopefully this eating and exercise regiment with help me to lose the much desired lbs by the New Year, I am so hopeful that I will see 179 by New Years Day. My hopes have been renewed by making some slight changes to my program.
So what have I learned from this? We all need to take the time now and then to stop, evaluate, and adjust or programs to achieve the desired results. Hopefully I will remember this next time I hit a wall and can't seem to move. Thank you Sparkpeople for giving me the tools necessary to recognize and adjust my lifestyle when necessary. I love Sparkpeople.
