I was doing so well til I got sick 3 weeks ago, now I have no motivatation at all,

    Make one minor change each day in favour of something more healthier than you are doing at the moment. Each change will not be noticed then at the end of a month or so you will find that everything has changed - you will be completely different but because it has been so gradual it will not feel like you have made an effort and you will begin the reap the benefits.

Go for it a step at a time - I know you can do it.

Today feeling good, hard to believe that a change as easy as eating differently can make a person feel so much better. Gone are the days of feeling like a slug, time now for energy to keep up with everyone and feel great

  I absolutely agree with you. On the days I eat too much, the physical feeling is definitely slug-like.
