Is there anything else you would like to ad?? I would like to send out a big thank you. I would like to thanks this wonderful sight and all of the people be the scenes that run it. I would like to thank the Leaders of the 5% Challnge - it is always so enjoyable and very much appreciated and I always look forward to a new one. I would like to thank all of my wonderful freinds that I have met here and for all of the support I have gotten from each and everyone of you.     I agree. I have been having a lot of fun meeting and making new Spark friends. My only problem is that itis soemtimes hard to keep up!

Winter 5% Challenge #5

How can I improve day by day - I can keep doing my planks daily after the challenge is over and I can make them longer and harder. I think this is such a good goal and I really hope I can keep it going because it is such a win/win outcome!

  I started out only doing a 5 second plank and worked up to a 1min 45 sec plank. Yesterday I took a boxing class and between workouts we had to do 3 sets of 20 second planks. Phew...it was tough but planks are starting to get easier. Now I have to master burpees!

Day by Day - how am I doing - so far so good but its only been a couple of days. This is truly a habit that I want to become an everyday part of my life because of all of the great benefits and it does not take a lot of time! emoticon

Why do I want to a plank everyday - because I want to make myself and my core stronger and firmer

How will I do this - I will set aside 1 minute a day and do one - its that simple so I hope I am successful this time around. And as I get stronger I will hold them longer or try v arioations of the plank
