The last few months I have pulled away from spark, only really tracking my exercise. My life is in the process of changing (in a good way) and I'm feeling a little lost. I need to find direction in my life. Last night I was asking myself if I was to concentrate on any one thing what would it be? The answer was my weight/health. I feel bloated and my clothes are too tight. So starting today I will be back on spark and focusing on my weight/health. I know spark can help me if I let it.
