My March Madness....
1. Try to go a little hungry....I was told that by my Dr. in 1960 and it is a good for me idea. Not starve.....but be willing to go a little hungry.
2. Get those veggies/fruits and protein in daily.
3. Be reflective and read the Lenten study book.
4. Use the sleep apnea machine and the meds for heart daily.
5, Accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative.
6. Move it, move it, move it!
