I don't know by how much, or if I've just lost inches off my body, but I put on a pair of underwear that really didn't fit me 3 weeks ago. Today they fit and I can even say they sat pretty darn good.
I am so happy, day 13 on p90 and moving forward feels way easier and more motivated now.
Last 3 days I've had really bad headaches and I've still pushed myself through my exerciseroutines. It usually has relieved my headaches a bit, just goes to show, there are no good excuses for missing a workout.

Well today is my rest day, which basically means no heavy exercise (no jogging and no power 90) and I have one free meal.
I usually still stay within my calorie range even if I have one free meal, this is just so I can eat that pizza or cookie or whatever it is I have been craving all week, with no guilt.
It's a quite good way for me, to not fall off the workout-train. I know that by saturday I can have whatever I want, aslong as I have done good for the other 6 days.
Today I will be having lemon meringue pie - oh how I have wanted to make this all week, especially hard yesterday since my son left to spend a week or two with his grandparents.
So I will be comforting myself with some pie, a nice book, and perhaps a walk in the park later.

I do love power 90, i really do!
it's bringing awhole lot of fun back into exercise, and together with my SP-challenges I am feeling motivated almost daily.
I haven't experienced a need to sign up for a gym with this, since I have all equipment neccessary here.
09-06-2013 will be the end of power 90, and I will do 90 days of the Masters series first before moving on to p90X!
I am taking pictures on a regular basis to see the progress, but I am definetely feeling it. Skin is clearer, mood is more uhm...settled(?) and my overall health is way better! I am not as tired, I am eating healthy. It's all good!

Day two was cardio/sweat (and boy did I sweat) and Abripper! Holy crap people, it burned!
I will be sore tomorrow!
Today I took my second picture - so I have something to compare to when the scale refuses to move! I am not seeing any major differences when looking in the mirror but my husband is commenting.
Time to do SP-videos and shower! Tomorrow my sons school is hosting funcamp - outdoor activities for kids and I have signed up as a volunteer!

It was sculpt on my first day, and I do love my strength training.
It felt great, it made me sweat a bit but most of all it was fun!
I Went for my interval jog today and it feels easier, but it's still hard as hell. I remember when I was younger and I could run for 30-45 minutes without even panting... I want back to those Days and I will go back to those Days.
I feel healthier, I feel better, and my skin looks better.
It's also been about a month since I last had a soft drink (cola, fanta etc.) and I do not miss it alot.
This will be my year!
