Got my gym set up in my garage: spin bike and gynormous workout centre.
Been keeping up hard with spinning and zumba. Mostly Zumba at this point.
Gonna go pick up some mats today so I can start doing my weights and
fitness videos in the garage as well.
I feel good...sick of drinking water....not making me feel any less bloated
but i guess it all takes time.

So I did make my goal of 155 for my bday but then gained the 4 pounds back throughout
Easter. Not letting it bother me.
I was sick all last week too which didnt help.
Kicked it up to high gear this week.
Tues I did body pump and bootcamp, wednesday I did body blast and spin,
thursday I did spin and bootcamp.
I am definitely feeling it today so I am probably gonna keep the workout light and
from home today.I feel good though.
Sore but good.

  


Snacking a whee bit too much

I fell off the wagon abit during march break. My workouts slowed down to 3 spin classes a week and one body pump class. I have still been eating my super yummy salads but overdoing it on the snacks and carbs. Dont misunderstand though my snacks are healthy ones but been eating too much of them.

my goal is 155 pounds for my birthday which is this sunday....do u think i made it?
