Oh how time flies! On my days off work I am very inconsistant...food/exercise/Sp. Something I aim to improve!
Did 15 minute circuit training from the Abs Diet for women book. Very nice, good burn and its great that it's helping build muscle!

    It's easy to get off track on the weekends. I find myself constantly having to remind myself to stay on track.

Didn't get a chance to post this yesterday, but I'm determined to blog everyday's experience, so here it is. :)
Day 7 found me at work and then smothered in snow. Ugh. Did so-so on nutrition, really my place where improvement needs to be made. And was a day off from fitness. So I'm golden there! Now I just have to do something today!

  Hello I am new to Spark people. I also share your goal of doing a chin up. I can't imagine that I could but I keep eyeing those bars that can attach over the door. I think it is a great goal.

Not my best day nutritionally or fitness wise, but it was a wonderful day of rest and relaxation with the hubs, then a hectic evening taking the littleones to their first swim class. Whew!

Got into my Just Dance game again. Big Ugly is definitly taking abckseat lately to this! Such a fun work out, and trust me, it is a work out! Talking heavy breathing and sweating! There's only one other thing I can think of that involves all that that is more fun!



2010 goal: Do a chin up (discovered the difference between the two and chin up is my goal...pull up will come later!)

Still sore...but not as much. So I'm on the mend. Feeling well enough to tackle the strength training this evening, so that's a plus. Can't let a little pain stop my plans. I'll modify my workout to accomodate my sore quads and do the rest with a passion!

Staying in my range for calories the past few days. that is a big plus! Hope to see some changes in how I feel and how I look and how I feel about how I look, very soon!
