Today I am sooo excited to say that I officially FIT IN to my old jeans and all of my old blouses! They were starting to get noticeably tighter which was the point where I had to draw the line!

Words cannot explain how good it feels to be able to fit back into my clothing! Now that I am on a roll, I will do everything in my power to keep this momentum going! It's time to burst through some more fitness goals!!

Motivational Slump and How to Fix It

Today was a bit of an off day in terms of weight loss motivation. I know I need to workout at some point but yet the feeling has just not totally hit me as of yet.

Even so, I will still workout and give it my all for healthy eating because my long-term goals of losing weight demand consistency. To that end, these are the ways in which I forced motivation back into my day:

1. When you don't feel like working out ask yourself if you also "don't feel like losing weight?"

2. Remember the health benefits associated with a lower weight range.

3. Think about how good you will look in your clothing once the pounds really start to melt off.

4. Remember that "Success does not come to you, you go to it!"

5. Remember that persistence and consistency is KEY! Its the way in which you handle these dips in motivation that will determine whether or not you are successful at weight loss this time around!

With all of that being said, I am DEFINITELY going to do my workout today!!!!!

Insanity Workout Plan- Day 3

Today, I noticed that I am missing a DVD from my Insanity workout plan. To compensate, I decided to replace the missing CD with a workout from my Socacize collection.

The workout substitution worked out well as I did not have to miss a workout due to this inconvenience. Nonetheless, I must say, it feels sooo GOOD to be back on my workout regimen!

Earlier this year I had placed these old favourites into the back of my closet because they no longer could fit. Today I randomly decided to try on these jeans and to my joy and excitement THEY FIT!!!

Words cannot express how happy I am that my old jeans fit me! This accomplishment is just what I needed to keep striving high towards achieving my weight loss goals! 1 size down, 2 more to go!
