As I reflect on my diet & exercise this week, I've had some good days, some better days and some I'd like to forget!
As a whole, the exercise went well this week. I exercised Monday-Thursday and this morning. As the week went on, I felt stronger.
I really need to reign in my eating or all this exercise will be for naught. I sabotaged myself. I did well Sunday & Monday. Tuesday we had a potluck at school. Now the stupid thing is that I prepared my dish like I was supposed to BUT I packed my lunch. One look at all that stuff on the table - pastas, casseroles, cakes, cookies - my Lean Cuisine didn't stand a chance. We had so many leftovers that we ate them through Thursday. So I yielded to temptation each day.
But Sunday begins another week. And another chance to get it right!
