Well I started up my spark page...you are welcome Melly :) In March I made a decision that I was going to fit into a dress that I bought for my 19th birthday. I had not been able to fit in the dress for 2 years. So I needed to be down to 150lbs. I am glad to say that by my birthday party I was down to 151lbs. And it was great.

However a month later I am currently 154lbs. My eating habits and workout happens have not changed that much, if anything actually I have been working out more. So right now I'm in a rut... I know its just a little set back, and that I've already come some far and loss 20lbs, but it is frustraiting. Oh well, I just need to keep on trucking I guess. Just need to work a little harder.

    It's all about the intake and the outtake! :) You'll figure it out. Lots of whole grains and fiber go a long way and more veggies!! I know you love your meat but you gotta get the veggies in too, ok? :) I love you and I know you can do this!
